Hybrid Hearings
A hybrid hearing is a combination of both virtual and in-person hearings, where at least one party is physically present at the IAC. Hybrid solutions are offered to all our in-person hearings at no additional cost.
For parties accessing the hearing remotely, you will require a laptop with a webcam and microphone function, as well as headphones with a microphone to facilitate Virtual Hearings.
Our Tech Support team is always available on-site to assist. If you have engaged our IAC Online platform for your hearing, our Virtual Hearing Technician will also be able to assist you.
Throughout the course of the hearing, you may drop us an email and approach our Reception Counter to request for any assistance.
The room will be set up based on your requirements in one of our acoustically treated hearing rooms, based on the number of physical attendees. If you have engaged EPE and/or Transcription services, please let us know the name of the services provider and we will liaise with them to ensure set-up before the hearing.
We can record all hybrid and virtual hearings, upon request, with prior agreement between the parties.
